MyPrinter.Info was formed to try and meet the needs of small and home office
business.
It's our intention to deliver the
same quality service at a price that reflects the machines
value and not just a standard flat rate.
For instance, if you paid $100 for a
printer, having a tech come to you, on site would cost about
$95. If you brought the machine in for repair, the bench fee
is around $45. Add in some parts and you see we have spent
more on the repair then the machine cost new.
Some of the printers on the market
today are made to be disposed of after a year or two.
If you want to keep your machine
longer, a good laser printer whether its black and white or
color, a laser printer will almost always last longer and
cost less to operate then a liquid ink printer.
If your liquid ink printer no longer
works, you can fill out the form and describe the problem.
we
will try to give you an honest assessment of some of your
options. Laser printers or printers that take toner instead
of liquid ink, have a longer life because you can replace
key parts if they go bad.
The object here was to show how
sometimes buying a new printer is more cost effective then a
repair, and visa-versa, sometimes a simple repair can save
you big money over the cost of a replacement.
We have been servicing machines since
1986, and have seen just about everything that can go wrong.
So give it a try, fill in the form,
it normally takes about one day to respond.
